"I came to Premier with severe shoulder pain. Premier has provided an excellent experience. Whitney did a great job deducing my issues and helping me work to strengthen my shoulder. She thinks outside the box and really listens to the patient to change up exercises as needed. This facility is a team environment and all the staff works together to get you the best service possible. I highly recommend. "

"After five months of PT at the Keller Parkway office, I can confidently say that this is one of the best run medical facilities I have ever experienced. Everyone is a team player. They all work together to make sure that your time is well-spent, with your recovery in mind. They were always on time and the whole process ran like a high-end auto... smooth. Dr. Ryan Vick was always professional, efficient, and constantly looking for ways to ensure my successful recovery. He encouraged me even when the positive results were minimal. He is the best. The entire staff is friendly, helpful and they truly seem to love what they do. Although this is my first experience with physical therapy, I always felt that they were cheering me on to success. Ryan, Jake and the rest of the team....thank you for caring....and thank you for providing the tools that I needed to continue my recovery. I would definitely recommend Premier to friends and family. "After 5+ years of pain in my wrist and hand and multiple physician/specialist visits, Ryan and Brad helped identify the source of the pain in my shoulder, arm, wrist and hand while providing rehabilitation on my shoulder. They made a recommendation of a Sports Medicine Physician to diagnose the real issue and a year later (COVID delay) I had surgery to address the real issue (thoracic outlet compression). I returned for therapy after surgery and Ryan, the expert in nerve glides, rehabilitated the limb. I am now pain free and have gained my strength back in the arm and hand. I can not say enough about the professionalism and encouragement I have received at the Keller Parkway location that have led to a new pain free lease on life. "
