Dr. Ellen Murray, PT, DPT, Clinic Director, received her Bachelor of Science in Speech and Hearing Science in 1986 from the University of California, Santa Barbara. After working as a Systems Analyst in the Dallas/Ft Worth Area for several years she decided to make a career change. Ellen graduated from Texas Woman's University with a Master of Science in Physical Therapy in July 1999. She then earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from TWU in 2010. Ellen has worked in outpatient orthopedic clinics throughout the Metroplex and joined the team at Premier Rehab Physical Therapy in May 2004. Ellen is committed to excellence and meeting the needs of her patients and the physicians for whom she serves. She plans to work toward a specialization in manual therapy over the next year. Her interests include manual therapy, orthopedics, spine rehabilitation and sports injuries. Ellen is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association, Texas Physical Therapy Association and the Orthopedic Specialist Sections.
Linda Downs, PT, attended New Mexico State University prior to obtaining her Bachelor's of Science in Physical Therapy from Texas Woman's University in 1989. Over the past 21 years she has worked in a variety of orthopedic clinics throughout the DFW area. Linda is committed to helping patients meet their highest level of function through teaching, manual therapy and exercise. Linda is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association and orthopedic specialist section.
Katelyn Ross, PT, DPT, received her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology in 2013 from The University of North Texas where she played NCAA Division I soccer. Katelyn also played soccer at the semi-professional level for the FC Dallas women's soccer team. In 2016, she graduated from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. While receiving her doctorate, Katelyn became certified in dry needling and began courses for certification as an orthopedic and manual therapy specialist through the IAOM. Her clinical interests include management of sports injuries, running/sport specific movement analysis, injury prevention, and pediatric/adult orthopedic conditions. Katelyn is a member of the Sports, Orthopedic, and Pediatric sections of the American Physical Therapy Association as well as the American Academy of Orthopedic and Manual Physical Therapy. When she is not at work, Katelyn enjoys doing outdoor activities including sporting activities, running, hunting, fishing, and camping. She is also engaged to marry her best friend on October 1, 2016.
Taylor Templin, PT Aide, was born and raised in Fort Worth. Taylor attended Fort Worth Christian high school where she played varsity softball all 4 years and continued on to play in college at the University of Dallas. Taylor is currently attending the University of Texas at Arlington pursuing a Bachelor’s in Kinesology. She will then continue her education toward a Master’s degree in Athletic Training. Taylor hopes to use her Master’s degree to be a trainer for Major League Baseball. In her free time, Taylor enjoys attending sporting events at UTA and Ranger’s games, as well as spending time with her family and her cat, Binx. When she’s not watching baseball she loves going to batting cages and playing catch with her grandfather. One day Taylor hopes to travel to all 50 states with a baseball team and try signature food from the major cities.
Clare Hanrahan, PT Aide, grew up in St. Louis, Missouri and currently attends Texas Christian University. She will graduate with her Bachelor’s degree in Movement Science. After graduation, she hopes to finish pre-requisite classes and then go on to attend physical therapy school to get her doctorate degree. She has been on both sides of physical therapy and loves working with people to help them get better. She hopes to one day work in pediatric physical therapy in a hospital or developmental setting. Clare is involved in intramural volleyball and Student Kinesiology Association at TCU. She enjoys exercising, including running and kickboxing. When she’s not at work or school, Clare enjoys spending time with friends, going to TCU sporting events, and cooking. She also loves to travel and spend time with her cat, Brodie. One day she hopes to travel to all 7 continents
Aaron Rogers received his Bachelor’s degree from the University of North Texas in Applied Arts and Sciences. He plans to get his Master’s degree in Exercise Physiology and work in the cardio rehabilitation field as a cardiac therapist in a hospital setting. He has a passion for bettering others through exercise and laughter. Before joining Premier, he played soccer for many years, including two in college. He has been on both sides of physical therapy and has been helpful here in this setting. On his weekends, Aaron likes to spend time with his family and dog Nala, back home in Abilene. When not at home, he enjoys being outdoors and traveling to new places.
Rachel Vrana received her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with a minor in Psychology in 2015 from Tarleton State University. She plans to finish the rest of her prerequisite classes in the next year and apply to Physical Therapy school soon after. Rachel has a passion for seeing people improve their physical and mental health through exercise. When not working, Rachel enjoys getting outside to be active and playing with her border collie, Dallas.
Keller (Heritage Trace Pkwy)
Dr. Candy Mercado, PT, DPT, Clinic Director, worked as a rehabilitation technician for 4 years and an Education Therapist for 2 years with traumatic brain injury patients in the Irving area prior to attending PT school. She obtained her Bachelor of Science in Biology and her Masters of Science in Physical Therapy from Texas Woman’s University. She then earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Texas Woman’s University in August 2010. Candy joined the Premier Rehab Physical Therapy team in August of 2006. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends along with her dog, Scooby. She is seeking her manual certification from NAIOMT. Candy is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association and Texas Physical Therapy Association.
Jana Mulligan, PT, joined Premier Rehab Physical Therapy on a part-time basis in January 2008. She attended Abilene Christian University prior to obtaining her Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy at the UTMB School of Allied Health Sciences in Galveston in 1982. Over the past 26 years she has experienced a variety of physical therapy settings including inpatient and outpatient neurological rehab. The past 10 years she has worked in outpatient orthopedics. Jana is also co-owner, with her husband, of continuing ED which provides continuing education seminars for physical therapists.
Dr. Matt Hoke, PT, DPT, graduated with his Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Sports Science from Texas Tech University and went on to earn his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center. While receiving his doctorate, Matthew became certified in dry needling and plans on pursuing further certifications in the area of orthopedic manual therapy. When not at work, Matthew enjoys spending time with his family and friends, exercising, and playing with his dogs.
Dr. Lindsey Boer, PT, DPT, joined Premier Rehab in 2016. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology in 2011 from the University of Oklahoma. In 2013, she graduated from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Her areas of special interest include adolescent return to sport (with a focus on dance) and vestibular rehab. When not working, Lindsey can be found reading a good book, sharing a delicious meal with friends, crafting, or spending time with her doc, Maggie.
Erika Rodriguez, PTA, was born raised in the Hurst-Euless-Bedford area and graduated from Trinity High School. She attended Tarrant County College and graduated in 2010 with an Associates in Applied Sciences for Physical Therapist Assistant. She hopes to receive her Bachelors degree soon. When Erika is not working she likes to watch T.V., download music, and take long naps with her dog, Franklin. She also enjoys anything that has to do with Harry Potter, hanging out with her family and eating great food.
Liana Pitts was born and raised in Marquez, TX. In 2015, she received her Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Science and a Minor in Business Administration at Tarleton State University. Liana plans to become a Physical therapist or Physician's Assistant after gaining clinical experience. In her free time, Liana enjoys playing the piano, knitting, and running.
James Nguyen joined the team in October 2016. He was born and raised in Arlington, Texas. He has graduated from The University of Texas at Arlington with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science in the Fall of 2016. He enjoys eating good food, spending time with his family and friends, and participating in physical activities. He plans to become a Physical Therapist in the future.
Stephany Garza was raised in Fort Worth, TX. She graduated from Tarrant County College in 2017 with her Associates of Arts degree in Kinesiology. Stephany plans on attending TCU to obtain her Bachelor's degree in Athletic Training, where she plans on becoming certified and using her degree to become a trainer for a high school or a club team. In her free time, she likes to spend time with her family and friends, watch soccer games and enjoys trying new food.
Ray A. Thomas Physical Therapist Tech. a University of Texas at Arlington Student, majoring in Kinesiology, is aspiring to obtain a Doctorate of Physical therapy and also a minor in Psychology. When Ray is not working and studying, he enjoys working out, playing basketball with friends, and going bowling. He loves food and making people laugh.
David Benson, PT, DPT, OCS, received his Bachelor of Science in Physical Education in 1999 from Brigham Young University. He completed his Master of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Utah in 2003. After practicing in orthopedic settings for several years he returned to the University of Utah in 2007 to complete his Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree. He is a Board Certified Specialist in Orthopedic Physical Therapy, is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association, the Texas Physical Therapy Association, and the Orthopedic section of APTA. He hopes to pursue a manual therapy certification soon. When he is not at work he enjoys gardening and spending time with his wife and seven children.
Dr. Jason Graham, PT, DPT, graduated with his Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science from Harding University in Searcy, Arkansas. He then earned his Doctorate degree in physical therapy from Texas Woman's University in Dallas. He is interested in pursuing a certification in manual therapy and obtaining a specialty in orthopedics. Jason wants to use his skills to return patients to their desired level of function as quickly as possible. Jason's hobbies include playing tennis, disc golf, and spending time with his wife and dog.
Stefanie Peterson received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology in 2000 from Kansas State University. After many years of customer service and 4 years as an Office Manager, she decided to pursue a career change in Physical Therapy. Stefanie joined the Premier Rehab Physical Therapy team in June 2008. She loved working with people and helping them reach and accomplish their personal goals. In her spare time, Stefanie loves to shop, decorate and most importantly spend time with her husband, friends and her Chihuahua, Bailey.
Maria Underwood is Premier Rehab Physical Therapy's Billing Administrator. She has worked in the medical field since 1999 which is when she received her Medical Assistant Certification. Maria assisted in the ground breaking endeavors of Premier Rehab Physical Therapy when it opened in November 2003. Maria specializes in supervising all office staff and billing at each of Premier Rehab Physical Therapy's locations. She loves spending time with her husband of over 15 years and her two beautiful daughters.
Ashley Cooper was born and raised in Fort Worth, Texas. She graduated from Richland High School in 2006 and currently attends Tarrant County College. Ashley has 4 years of customer service experience and 1 year of office management experience. She joined the Premier Rehab Physical Therapy team in May 2014 after a career change into physical therapy. When she is not working, Ashley enjoys playing games, watching Netflix and playing softball with her husband and friends.
Chelsea Mansell graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Marriage and Family Studies from Abilene Christian University. She has a passion for working with patients and considers herself a people person. She is a movie buff and loves anything to do with the 80’s. “I Wanna Dance with Somebody!” She enjoys taking her dog Riley on walks and to the park and someday hopes to travel to New York to see Broadway Musicals. Her future goals include studying to become an Ultrasound Technician. She lives in North Richland Hills with her Husband Reece.
Lindsay Sullivan is currently attending The University of Texas at Arlington, majoring in Exercise Science. Her expected graduation date is in the fall of 2015 with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science. She then plans to attend a Physical Therapy program to obtain a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Lindsay is passionate about helping patients with injuries or disabilities recover to improve their quality of life. Outside of school and work, Lindsay enjoys reading, staying physically active, and spending time with her friends, family, and Siberian Husky.
Dominique Herrington obtained her Associate of Arts from Tarrant County College in 2016. She has 4 years of Customer Service experience and 1 year of office administrator experience. She joined the Premier Rehab team in November 2016 and loves to interact with our clients and help make their stay at Premier an unforgettable one! In her spare time, Nikki likes to spend time w her two dogs and husband.
Alex Toulouse graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Movement Science from Texas Christian University (TCU) in May of 2017. During his years at TCU, he served as President of the TCU Baseball Club and as an Intramural Supervisor. Alex plans on attending Physical Therapy School and working in a general Orthopedic setting. He is a current member of the Texas American College of Sports Medicine. His hobbies include playing baseball, umpiring, and watch the Cubs.
Keller (Keller Parkway)
Dr. Brad Stuckey, PT, DPT, Clinic Director, received his Bachelor of Science in Health and Exercise Science in 2007 from The University of Oklahoma. In 2013, he graduated from Texas Woman’s University in Dallas with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Brad is committed to seeking best outcomes for his patients through utilization of evidence based practice and manual therapy. Brad plans to pursue his certification in orthopedic manual therapy through NAIOMT. When not at work, Brad enjoys spending time with his wife, playing sports, and cheering on the Houston Astros.
Jill Doyle, PT, OCS, cert DN, received her Bachelor's of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center at Dallas in 1996. She has worked in outpatient orthopedic and sports settings in the Metroplex her entire career, and joined the Premier Rehab team in June 2015. She has received certifications in manual therapy, dry needling, and in 2015 received her Orthopedic Clinical Specialist certification through the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties. Her clinical interests include management of sports injuries, running related injuries, and chronic pain syndromes. She plans to pursue a Doctorate of Physical Therapy in the near future. Jill is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association and the Orthopedic and Sports Specialist sections. When not working, Jill enjoys traveling, running marathons, and supporting her husband and three children in all of their endeavors.
Dr. Michael Teague, PT, DPT received his Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Sport Science from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor in 2014. During his time at UMHB, he was a part of the Men’s Soccer team, PT club, and several other leadership organizations. He then went on to earn his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Hardin-Simmons University in 2016, where he was involved in multiple medical mission trips throughout Texas. He is a current member of the Texas Physical Therapy Association and has had the opportunity to present at the American Physical Therapy Association’s Combined Sections Annual Meeting in 2017. Michael’s clinical interests include management of sports injuries, injury prevention, treatment of the spine, and other pediatric/adult orthopedic conditions. Outside of the clinic, he enjoys watching/playing soccer, working out, and spending time with his wife.
Shannon Demby received her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science in 2014 from The University of Texas at Arlington. Shannon plans to attend Physical Therapy school to continue her education and career by earning her Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Shannon also currently serves in the Navy reserves. When not at work, Shannon enjoys spending time with her family and volunteering at the Veterans hospital.
Dr. Kelly McFarland Lawrence, PT, DPT, earned her Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Sports Science in 1992 from Texas Tech University. After teaching junior high for 3 years, she decided to go back to school to further her skills in the exercise field. Kelly graduated from Texas Woman’s University (TWU) with a Master of Science in Physical Therapy, in July 1999 and then earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from TWU in August 2010. Kelly has worked in outpatient orthopedic clinics in the Metroplex Area since her graduation and in November 2003 founded Premier Rehab Physical Therapy. As the owner of Premier Rehab Physical Therapy, she works closely with area orthopedic surgeons in high quality patient care specializing in advanced orthopedics. Kelly is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association and enjoys being a part of the profession as a guest lecturer for TPTA conferences, Hydroworx conferences and local PT schools. She also serves on 2 committees for the Private Practice Section of the American Physical Therapy Association. Kelly has an intense passion to provide the highest quality of care that makes physicians proud to send their patients to her and her team.
Lori Day, PT, MS, received her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science in 1991 from Brigham Young University. In 1993, she graduated from Texas Women's University Houston with a Master of Science in Physical Therapy. Over the last 13 years, she has worked in a variety of settings including outpatient neuro, inpatient rehabilitation hospital and outpatient orthopedic geriatrics and vestibular rehab. Her current interests are in Manual therapy and orthopedics.
Julia Greuner, PT Aide grew up in Grapevine, Texas and currently lives in Denton. She graduated with a B.S. in Communications from the University of Texas at Austin. Julia completed Prerequisites for Physical Therapy School at Texas Woman's University in 2016 and is currently applying to Doctorate programs for PT. She did gymnastics from elementary through high school, and stays active now by lifting weights and doing triathlons. She likes all kinds of outdoor activities and enjoys traveling to new places.
