"I feel extremely blessed to have been referred to Premiere Rehab for my physical therapy. From the time I walked in the door until my session was over, everyone was so professional and pleasant to work with. It really is a community. Dr. Cory Newman was my therapist. He is extremely knowledgeable and caring even though some of the exercises were tough. It was the best for me. Dr. Cory also helped me set up an after care plan when I am at home. It has helped to control my pain in my back. Thank you Dr. Cory!! I would refer everyone to Premiere Rehab. It is a great place!!"

"After Total Knee Replacement, I listed things that were important to me when selecting a rehabilitation location: a rehab facility that would keep me on track for a full recovery, provide exercises that would become increasingly challenging so that I could regain full mobility of my knee and offered flexible scheduling. I found exactly what I was looking for when I started working with Dr. Garrett Beutel at Premier Rehab-Heritage Trace. Dr. Garrett was sensitive to my pain levels (customized sessions accordingly) and offered support to help achieve my goals recommending new habits to regain my independence. He encouraged a balance between increasingly challenging workouts and building confidence. I cancelled an appointment due to extreme pain/swelling and Dr. Garrett called recommending an ice treatment at the office. The personalized care, advice and knowledge offered by Dr. Garrett and Dr. Matt Hoke increased my chances of success in reaching optimal mobility. Normal daily activities that were once unattainable are now possible which has encouraged me to continue routine physical activities to sustain increased physical strength. While I worked primarily with Dr. Garrett, I was fortunate to experience a sense of community within the entire staff. They all were there to cheer me on, celebrate successes (big or small) and were always very helpful with answering questions or scheduling appointments. After 39 appointments, I can honestly say I couldn’t have had a better experience! Premier Rehab Physical Therapy is everything and more when the primary focus is regaining your independence. "

"Big things come in small packages!! Dr. Kelsey Taylor may be small, but she is an amazing therapist. I had 12 PT visits prior to my knee surgery and have had 24 visits post surgery. I have more strength, balance and stability now. Everyone at Premier Heritage is professional, well trained, thorough and are genuinely a pleasure to work with. They work you hard, but you leave smiling. There’s no doubt in my mind that if ever faced with needed future PT, Premier Heritage is where I will choose!"

"After having knee surgery, I had a prescription for PT. I researched and read reviews before making my decision on where to go. I had PT last year for my foot and didn’t want to o go back there. I decided on Premier Rehab on Heritage Trace. Best decision I’ve made in awhile. My therapist, Dr. Matt Hoke was the best! He was patient and considerate with me. Dr. Hoke went above and beyond to help me through therapy. I get overheated really fast...he made sure I had time to recover after every exercise. He would even follow me while I was doing walking exercises and fan me. Every employee was courteous and professional. I highly recommend this office. "

"This was the best Physical therapy I have ever had. I have had back and hip problems for over 15 years and have been to several physical therapy locations for treatment. None of them seemed able to figure out what the problem was nor could they accurately tell me what exercises to do to help with decreasing the pain . Kelly listened and worked with me and identified where the main problem was and gave me specific exercises and a program to follow when I was discharged. They were all so helpful and I finally feel I am on the road to recovery! A plus!!"

"If you are looking for a good and caring rehab facility I would highly recommend Premier Rehab NRH - the whole staff there was great. I felt that my main therapist, John Pullen, cared about my healing process. Having had a total knee replacement he had to encourage me through some tough procedures at times. My doctor tells me that I will have another replacement in the future and I will definitely be going back."

"This was my first real experience with physical therapy. Having shattered my heel after falling off of a ladder, I had surgery to put all the pieces back together. 11 screws and a plate later, I had to learn how to walk again. Dr. Jason Graham was my main therapist, and I saw Dr. David Benson a couple of times as well. They helped me progress quickly, to the point that I can now walk normally, without a cane or crutch. Very nice team here, they know what they are doing, measured my progression each session, let me know how I was coming along, and didn't put me in much pain at all! "Premier rehab has seen me through several of my adventures. The first was after I had major back surgery in 2007. With physical therapy and hydrotherapy, I was back to showing my dogs in 3 months. Since then, I have returned to their competent care in my recovery from my knee problems, a broken arm and bilateral knee replacement. "I must say that after rotator cuff surgery on my right shoulder, there were times I was in so much pain, but coming to rehab always made me feel better. Everyone there was so pleasant and knew exactly what I needed.Linda was my therapist most of the time but I had contact with several of the therapists, they were all friendly and professional. The Doctor just released me, it has been 3 months, and I must say I had a very good experience. My shoulder is doing very good, thanks to the great care at Premier Rehab."
